Albert Doucette
I’m Al Doucette — a 40-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, certified paramedic, performance resilience coach, and founder of Foundations Life Coaching. I’ve spent my career around people who carry heavy loads for a living: medics, first responders, and high performers who never learned how to put the weight down.
Today I help those same kinds of people build the skills to keep performing under pressure, without losing themselves in the process.

Resilience Under Pressure is a half-day to full-day workshop designed for military units, first responder teams, and corporate organizations. Drawing on positive psychology, CBT, and mindfulness, this program gives participants practical tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and perform at their best — even when conditions are far from ideal.
